4.1 G - Personnel Planning The Aircraft Loading.

Personnel responsible for planning of aircraft loading. (LC/Ground Dispatcher/LM)

This program is in compliance with the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) certification requirements  for Personnel Planning the Aircraft Loading.  In this course, you will learn the essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively plan for and manage personnel involved in aircraft loading operations of Dangerous Goods. We will cover a range of topics including safety and regulatory compliance, training and development, and performance management. You will learn how to identify, classify and detect Dangerous Goods in cargo and mail, manage them pre and during flights and report Dangerous Goods accidents. Our expert instructors have years of experience in the aviation industry and will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the best practices and latest trends in personnel planning for aircraft loading. Whether you are a new or experienced professional, this course will give you the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in this critical role.

Certification

A Certificate valid with GCAA will be issued upon the successful completion of the course assessment. Being an CBTA approved provider (IATA Montreal, Canada) , the successful candidates can obtain IATA Certification as well. This Certificate is valid for two years.

Current year IATA DG Regulations Manual and the UAE Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR) Part VI Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (DGR Aviation will provide these for the duration of the  training)

Class Activities

  • Plenty of simulation exercises and case studies on various types of Dangerous Goods shipment to enable participants to progressively apply their knowledge and skills to prepare and accept Dangerous Goods shipment.
  • Final assessment (theory and practical) on last day of class to assess participant’s knowledge, skills and attitude on the application of the Regulations.
