Mental Health First aid Training

The Highfield Level 2 Award in Introduction to First Aid for Mental Health is a foundational qualification designed to equip participants with essential knowledge in mental health awareness.Develop essential skills to support workplace mental health. With rising awareness, mental health has become a key focus for workplaces, benefiting both individuals and businesses.

This course provides insight into recognizing signs of mental ill health in oneself and others, understanding how to support mental well-being in the workplace, and promoting a culture of wellness. While not a clinical qualification, this course prepares participants to offer first response support, guiding individuals in need of assistance and helping foster a supportive work environment.

What You Will Learn

1. Roles and Responsibilities of a Mental Health First Aider
   Understand the role of a mental health first aider, including boundaries, ethical considerations, and the importance of confidentiality and compassion in providing initial support.
2. Recognizing Mental Health Challenges
