The Person-in-Charge (PIC) program is a program designed by the Dubai Municipality Food Control Department to establish Food Safety ownership in every food business in the Emirate. Recognized internationally by awarding bodies accredited by Dubai Accreditation Centre – DAC, the PIC program involves the training and certification of PICs across every food business requiring one PIC per shift/per location.
Food businesses in Dubai are required to identify PICs (persons in charge) of food safety, and ensure they are trained and certified on the Dubai Municipality PIC program. We are an approved Training Centre the PIC Food Safety program PIC and PIC Advanced.

Assessment and Certification
The assessment will be conducted upon completion of the training course by the awarding body on behalf of the Food Control Department. Candidates must successfully pass a one-hour multiple-choice assessment (available in English/Hindi/Urdu Arabic/Malayalam).
Successful candidates will receive a certificate by TSI Quality Services for Food Safety, valid for 5 years.
