The Person-in-Charge advanced Certification is a TSI certification aimed at caterers and other food handlers. The qualification is intended for candidates who are directly involved in manufacturing, preparation, packing etc and their managers/supervisors.

This is an intensive course and will be presented in a varied methods using the TSI training pack and covers the following topics:

Conducted in 10 learning hours spread over 2 days.

Assessment and Certification:
The assessment will be conducted upon completion of the training course by the awarding body on behalf of the Food Control Department. Candidates must successfully pass a two-hour multiple-choice assessment in English.
Successful candidates will receive a certificate by TSI Quality Services - Person in Charge Advance Certification for Food Safety, valid for 5 years.
