• Air waybill completion
• Industry terminology and abbreviations
• Geography, TACT, and other cargo manuals
• Sales and marketing for cargo agents and air freight forwarders
• Roles in airline and manufacturer sales, reservations, and acceptance
• Junior-level management in cargo agencies, airlines, and manufacturers
